
You can request a delivery appointment with LTL shipments (orders shipped on a pallet). With UPS shipments, it is not possible to schedule an actual delivery appointment for a specific date or time, but we can try to time the shipping so your order arrives on a sepcifc date*. You can follow your tracking information, and contact UPS for more info on an expected delivery window.
With LTL shipments, you can schedule delivery appointments. When ordering online, place your order, then immediately send an email to [email protected], and let us know you'd like to make a delivery appointment. If you're ordering over the phone, just let our sales representatives know you'd like a delivery appointment. We'll tell the shipment carrier to call you ahead of delivery, and they can work with you to coordinate a delivery date and time. Requesting a delivery appointment does not cost extra, but it can add 1-2 business days to the lead time for your order, as the carrier will need to make sure they have a truck available for your requested time and date. Additionally, delivery appointments are not like expedited options, you cannot speed up the shipment.

*While we can try to time the shipping so that it arrives on an approximate date, we cannot guarantee delivery dates for UPS unless you specify expedited shipping (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air). Guaranteed delivery via LTL is also an option for larger orders, please call for guaranteed or expedited options.
