Today's customer photo comes courtesy of Kathy Frizzel, who paired our RFL750X3 stainless steel table base with her custom, cracked glass table top. This unique and beautiful table and base combination really helps to compliment the underwater-themed colors in her dining area.
Kathy was looking for a strong base with good looks, that would support her cracked glass table top while still allowing room for the storage drawers in her banquette to open. After browsing around Tablebases.com, that task was accomplished easily!
Our stainless steel bases (RFL, RSQ, and Bolt Down models) are great choices for use with glass table tops, as they are compatible with our glass top adapter. This adapter makes it easy to securely attach your table top to the base, without costly or time consuming modifications. The end result is a seamless transition from glass to stainless steel, without visible screws or sub-tops. In Kathy's case, because her table is not fully transparent, she used the staindard RFL mounting plates with a sub-top, which gives her table added strength.
