Stone Tables in Cafe

Tablebases.com offers a wide variety of restaurant table bases that are suitable for use with stone table tops in hospitality and residential settings. Stone materials such as granite, quartz and marble make beautiful table tops, but they are also very heavy materials that require robust table bases. Tablebases.com recommends bases made from cast iron, or heavy guage steel and stainless steel for use with stone tables. Cast iron and steel bases offer a variety of designs to help fit your style, and are great for indoor use. Stainless steel table bases are sleek and modern, and are very easy to clean, making them a great choice for outdoor stone table tops.

We list recommended table top sizes on each product page, but please keep in mind that these recommendations are for wood (medium weight) table tops. With heavy stone tables, you may need to use a larger table base, especially for Counter Height and Bar Height stone table tops. A general rule of thumb is to take a look at our maximum recommended table top size, and then remove 6". So for example, a table base that supports a 36" wood table top may only support a 30" stone table top. Please contact our customer service team for assistance pairing our table bases with stone table tops. You can also read our handy guide to Using Our Table Bases with Stone Table Tops.
