How COVID-19 Is Affecting Product Availability and Shipping Times

We know that the current pandemic is affecting many of our customer's businesses and projects, and we want to make sure that we do everything we can to keep our operations uninterrupted so that we can continue to provide the products you need in a timely manner. We are currently working with reduced staff, and shipment carriers are seeing some delays with pickups and deliveries.

Most of our partner warehouses are currently open and are shipping without delay. That said, even shipments that we get out the door quickly are seeing some delays in transit, as UPS and freight carriers cope with regional shelter-in-place mandates, and unprecedented demand as consumers are ordering more and more products online. Currently, most orders of in stock items are delivering within 1 to 2 weeks of your order date, with some larger orders and custom orders stretching out to 3 week lead times.
